Am I too old or out of shape to start?
Absolutely not. We have adult members at Victory Waterford Lakes in their 50s and 60s who started with zero experience and zero fitness base. Our instructors meet you exactly where you are. Age and fitness level are never a barrier.
Do I have to spar or have physical contact?
Never unless you choose to. Many of our East Orlando adult members train for years without ever sparring. Your comfort and safety are always the top priority.
How long until I see fitness results?
Most adult students begin feeling a real difference within 4โ6 weeks of consistent attendance. Increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress, and visible fitness changes are all commonly reported by our Waterford Lakes members.
What styles are taught in the adult program?
The adult curriculum includes Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and self-defense. We also offer specialized Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA classes at our Waterford Lakes location.
