Is Victory right for a complete beginner?

Absolutely. Most of our students start with zero experience. Your first visit is always a free VIP Week where you train with us, observe, and ask questions. No pressure, no obligation.

What age can my child start?

We welcome students starting at age 3 in our Eagle Program. Ages 3–6 are ideal for building listening skills and early coordination. There is no upper age limit — many adult students started in their 40s and 50s.

Is martial arts good for kids with ADHD?

Yes — and many local pediatricians refer students to us for this reason. Our structured format, short focused drills, and immediate positive reinforcement work with the ADHD brain. Many of our most successful students have ADHD.

What programs are available at Waterford Lakes?

Eagle (ages 3–6), Beginners (ages 7–12), Teen Program (ages 13–17), Family Classes, Adult Program, Kickboxingand Self-Defense.

What is the VIP Week?

Our VIP Week is a full week of unlimited classes completely free for new students. You get personal attention from our instructors, a tour of our facility, and a chance to experience Victory with zero commitment before making any decision.

What is the $29 web special?

Our web special is $29 for 4 weeks of unlimited classes plus a free Victory T-shirt. For new students booking through our website at the Waterford Lakes location only. No long-term contract required.

What are your class hours?

Monday: 3–9pm · Tuesday: 11am–9pm · Wednesday: 3–9pm · Thursday: 11am–9pm · Friday: 11am–9pm · Saturday: 9am–1pm · Sunday: Closed. Call (407) 736-0222 for specific class times.

Do I have to spar or have physical contact?

No. Your safety and comfort are always our top priority. We never require sparring or physical contact with other students if you are not ready. You set the pace — we support your journey.

Are your instructors certified and background-checked?

Yes. All Victory instructors are highly experienced black belts. Our chief instructors have decades of teaching experience and have passed full background checks. Child safety is our top priority at every class.
