What programs are available at Waterford Lakes Town Center?

We offer Eagle program (ages 3–6), Beginners Martial Arts (7–12), Teen Program (13–17), Family Classes, Adult Program, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, BJJ, MMA, Taekwondo, and Self-Defense — all at 11602 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando FL 32825.

How do I know which program is right for my child in East Orlando?

Book your FREE VIP Week and try any class. Our Waterford Lakes instructors will personally guide you to the right program based on your child's age, personality, and goals. No commitment required.

Do you offer family classes where parents and kids train together?

Yes! Our Family Program is open to all ages and skill levels. Parents and kids from Waterford Lakes, Avalon Park, Union Park, and the UCF area train side-by-side in the same class.

Can adults with no experience join your Waterford Lakes location?

Absolutely. We welcome complete beginners at every age. Our adult programs are all structured to accommodate first-timers alongside experienced practitioners.
